Comstock Highlands is a new development of 8 luxury condos, located at Bear Mountain, southern California’s largest ski area.

Bear Mountain is located in the city of Big Bear Lake, which is just a 2 hour drive from Los Angeles, and 3 hours from San Diego. Big Bear Lake is part of the San Bernardino National Forest, which features recreational trails for hiking, mountain biking, and ATV use. Trails in the national forest are just a 5 minute walk from Comstock Highlands.
